Return Policy
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and kept in its original packaging.
- Please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 332 1033606 before opening a return case.
- Returns without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are possible only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- You must contact us first to request an exchange.
- Shipping costs (both ways) for the exchange will be paid by the customer.
- After we receive the item, it will be inspected. If approved, the exchange will proceed.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the item value during the exchange process.
- Any damage during shipping or loss of the parcel from the customer’s side will be the customer’s responsibility. Damaged or lost items will not be eligible for exchange.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Our support team on WhatsApp (+92 332 1033606) will handle all refund-related queries and resolutions.
- Refund eligibility depends on the product condition, reason for return, and other factors reviewed by our support team.
Order Policy
Handling Time: 3 to 5 working days depending on the nature of the order.
Customized Orders: Require 50% advance payment.
The order will be confirmed after payment.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the order is not shipped, 10% of the total will be charged on cancellation.
- If the order is shipped, 20% of the total will be charged on cancellation.
If an order is not cancelled but not received by the customer for any reason and the parcel is returned to the shipper, shipping charges will be deducted.
- If the customer wants it to be re-sent, courier charges must be paid in advance.
For urgent orders, an additional Rs. 1000 will be charged. Handling time for urgent orders is 1 to 2 working days, depending on the nature of the order.
