- We are not responsible for minor differences in product appearance due to lighting, monitor display, or manufacturing differences.
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
- Payments must be completed via the methods available at checkout.
- Orders may be canceled if payment is not confirmed.
- Creobiz reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We provide shipping across Pakistan, with estimated delivery times shown at checkout.
- Delays may occur due to courier services, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier company.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.
- Customized, digital, or used products are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on Creobiz (logos, images, text, product designs) is owned by Creobiz or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Creobiz is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of our products.
- Crafting materials should always be used with care and under appropriate supervision (especially by children).
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creobiz disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
